This happens because you are either not logged into your Pray account with your associated email or because an Apple or Google purchase has not been correctly restored.
You have two different options to restore your Pray Premium subscription.
Option 1. Log into your Pray.com account
If you’re asked to subscribe or renew when you have an active Pray subscription purchased on our website, make sure you're signed in to your Pray account you used to purchase your subscription. To log in, you will need to enter the email you used to register your account in the email screen when opening the app.
You can exit any "Start your trial" screens or pop-ups tapping on the "Skip" or "Close" button on the top left or right on the screen if you see them before the email screen.
Option 2. Restore your Apple or Google Purchase
The restore purchase option will only work if you purchased your Pray Premium subscription from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Tapping the "Restore Purchase" will not restore your subscription if you purchased Pray Premium directly from our website, and you will need to log in (see Option 1 above).
Make sure you're signed into the App Store or Google Play Store account you used to purchase your Pray subscription while restoring your purchase.

Option 1.
- Exit any "Start your trial" screens or pop-ups tapping on the "Skip" or "Close" button on the top left or right on the screen.
- Tap on a locked piece of content to see the paywall screen.
- Tap on "Restore Purchase" button below the "Continue Button"
Option 2.
Bypass the Paywall by tapping on the "X" or "Close" button on the top left or right on the screen.
Tap on the "Community" button on the bottom of the Pray app
Tap on the gear icon on the top right of the screen
Tap on "Restore Purchase"
Google Play Store
- Exist any "Start your trial" screens or pop-ups tapping on the "Skip" or "Close" button on the top left or right on the screen.
- Tap on a locked piece of content to see the paywall screen.
- Tap on "Restore Purchase" button below the "Continue Button"
