To upgrade to a Family Plan, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and request for refund (if applicable) from where you purchased the app (App Store, Google Play, or website) before re-subscribing to the Family Plan.

  • If you purchased the Pray.com app from Apple, you will have to reach out to Apple directly. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on all iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to Pray.com through the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests (if applicable).

  • If you purchased a Pray.com subscription from Google Play or from Pray.com website, please email us at purpose@pray.com

Once your refund has been processed, you can go ahead and re-subscribe using this link: https://www.pray.com/family/.
