To upgrade to a Family Plan, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and request for refund (if applicable) from where you purchased the app (App Store, Google Play, or website) before re-subscribing to the Family Plan.
If you purchased the Pray.com app from Apple, you will have to reach out to Apple directly. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on all iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to Pray.com through the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests (if applicable).
