Our refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription.

Pray.com Website

If you made a purchase directly from our Pray.com website, please reach out to us at purpose@pray.com by providing us with your Pray email and phone number to help locate your account or send us a chat message for assistance. For yearly subscription purchases made through the Pray.com website, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. 

Google Play Store

If It’s less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play or try reaching out to Google by clicking here. You can also click here to learn more about how to get a refund from Google.

Google will charge your account if you did not cancel your trial more than 24 hours before your trial period ended.

iTunes App Store

Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to Pray through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it's at their discretion). You can contact iTunes Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.
